Julia Pasquale is a Medical Aesthetician, Certified Laser Technician, and Laser Safety Officer at Balance Aesthetic & Wellness, specializing in advanced skincare and laser treatments to help clients achieve radiant, healthy skin.
A Florida native with a sunny disposition, Julia originally pursued Business Administration at Hillsborough Community College before following her true passion: skincare and beauty. She earned her Electrolysis and Laser licenses at the Beauty and Health Institute in Tampa, FL, along with her Facial Specialist license from the Florida Board of Cosmetology in 2023. With a deep understanding of various skin types and concerns, she’s on a mission to help every client feel confident and fabulous in their own skin.

Originally from Syracuse, New York, Brianna has called Florida home for the past 11 years. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from South University and began her career in emergency medicine, working in high-acuity trauma hospitals for four years. During that time, she completed her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner, driven by her passion for aesthetics and helping patients feel confident in their own skin.
Brianna is highly skilled in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, Sculptra, and advanced laser treatments. She is known for her light touch, deep understanding of facial anatomy, and her ability to create natural, balanced results tailored to each individual. Her approach aligns seamlessly with Balance’s philosophy — combining artistry, precision, and a long-term vision for skin health and aging.
