With a 20-year career in the U.S. Army, Sara has a deep-rooted drive to empower and support those around her. She is also a Registered Nurse with a background in intensive care and geriatric nursing, giving her a strong foundation in patient-centered care.
Sara’s journey with Balance Aesthetic & Wellness began in a deeply personal way—as a client. After reflecting on her own health and wellness goals, she embarked on a transformational journey to live a healthier lifestyle. Now, she is dedicated to helping others do the same.
As the leader of our Wellness Department, Sara plays a vital role in guiding clients through medical weight loss and testosterone replacement therapy, ensuring they receive the support, education, and personalized care needed for lasting success.
Beyond her professional expertise, Sara is a devoted wife and mother of two firefighters serving the state of Florida. She earned her Electrolysis and Laser licenses at the Beauty and Health Institute in Tampa, FL, along with her Facial Specialist license from the Florida Board of Cosmetology in 2023. With a deep understanding of various skin types and concerns, she’s on a mission to help every client feel confident and fabulous in their own skin.
